Private bug reported:

I had an install that was debugging ok.
For some reason I tried to uninstall the package MingW 4.4.0 that I had installed from base qtsdk install.
Then I installed again the MingW 4.4.0 package.
Now I cannot debug console applications on windows, but I can debug gui applications.
Narrowing down the problem, I got to the point that if the run settings have the option "Run in terminal" checked, it will not be able to stop at breakpoints, but the debugger will run without error. Unmarking this checkbox I can debug normally but without a console (and console output).

The weird part is the MingW 4.4.0 uninstall -> install. It messed with
something related to console debugging.

+ Cannot debug console application
