[Bug 1070472] [NEW] Esperanto did not appear in language menu

Public bug reported:

Esperanto did not appear in the Country/Region & Language screen.

This is despite me already installing the esperanto language packs.

I was previously unable to install Kubuntu in Esperanto by default, as
the installer kept crashing (I do not know why), and now I cannot change
the language.
