I have make some more checks:

After upgrading to Kubuntu 12.10, Kaffeine or Xine or what ever need a
stronger signal or a faster response-time.

I can watch TV with a never one stick ( TerraTec Cinergy T Stick RC ).
But I can only watch with a shorter USB - cable.

With the Terratec Cinergy DT XS Diversity stick, I just can watch some
stations and I cannot switch between them: "stations:demux_wavpack:
(open_wv_file:127) open_wv_file: non-seekable inputs aren't supported
yet."

I can only watch the station, which is choose first in Kaffeine.
