[Bug 1069358] [NEW] DVB-T: kaffeine in 12.10 scans incorrect and don't play some TV-stations

After upgrading to Kubuntu 12.10 I can no longer watch TV (DVB-T) with
kaffeine.

Some stations work, other not. Switching between stations are no longer
possible.

Not all stations were listed, if I search for channels.

In the terminal I recieve this messages:
