[Bug 1068305] [NEW] Channel switching extremely slow on first access to channel

Public bug reported:

This is unique to 12.10, even though quassel is the same version in
12.04.  Investigation in progress.

Proposed release note:

Quassel performance with regex ignore rules in 12.10 can considerably
slow switching into a new IRC channel.  Unselecting all ignore rules
that use regular expressions will mitigate this issue.
