Bug: WxWidgets apps don't have menus

 This happened before in 2010:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wxwidgets2.8/+bug/662077

 The workaround from the 2010 report, "export UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=0", still
works.
