[Bug 1061617] [NEW] Default favorite thumbnails should be generated

Public bug reported:

By default we are setting 4 Favorites, Google, Kubuntu, Userbase and
Community. If possible we should make sure that Rekonq has some previews
of those 4 sites since it makes the first impression much much better.
