[Bug 1076362] [NEW] Quassel messaging menu integration broken in Ubuntu 12.10

Public bug reported:

I have "Show messages in indicator" ticked in "Configure
Notifications..." in Quassel in Ubuntu 12.10, but messages are not
showing in the messaging menu. Other notification methods are working
fine -- in particular, a notification sound plays and notify-osd bubble
shows when I receive a message and Quassel is unfocused, but nothing
appears in the messaging menu.
