[Bug 1001135] [NEW] Akonadi resource read-only (kaddressbook)

I noticed that it's not possible to add contacts or show existing
contacts in kaddressbook. Following the description here
http://userbase.kde.org/KAddressBook I noticed that it is not possible
to use akonadi-resource as default (as instructed). No difference if
checkbox read-only is checked or not checked in akonadi-resource
configuration dialog. It might be that the issue is caused in other
package as kde-workspace, maybe kde-pim. However contact management
using kaddressbook, kontact, kmail is broken out of the box. It is
expected that it is possible to use akondi as default resource. Maybe
the behaviour experienced is related to:

behaviour on 32bit.
