New crash information added by DrKonqi

kmix (4) on KDE Platform 4.8.2 (4.8.2) using Qt 4.8.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

This crash report was generated after the last song in the playlist
(amarok) completed. Please note that this crash may or may not be
related to having multiple channels (basic/hdmi and bluetooth/stereo
headset). I bet this crash is related because bluetooth pairing and kmix
channel-selection process (selecting hardware, and changing mono to
duplex or whatever) can also cause a segfault. Feels like the code
doesn't like new hardware changes when the dialog is queried and changes
are found (new bluetooth mixer). The [KCrash Handler] section below the
kernel/libg/pthread section is the sigsev i believe is segfaulting on
(perhaps) that event.
