[Bug 998868] [NEW] akonaditray should check if mysqldump and bzip2 are installed

Public bug reported:

If you try to make a akonadi backup with a new installation you end up
with an error that says that mysqldump and bzip2 are not installed. So
we should only make that visable if you have it installed and if not
provide an option to install it.
