[Bug 995502] [NEW] system notifications not working in precise, sometimes start to work after a dozen or so minutes

I'm unsing ubuntu 12.04. In Amarok I've set that I want to use system
notifications only. But after amarok starts I get info about playing
songs in amarok built-in notifications. Here is screenshot:

Sometimes after a dozen or so minutes system notifications  starts to
work. Don't know why it's happening. I'm not sure if it's only amarok
problem or all system notifications aren't working. Don't know how to
check it.
