Public bug reported:

I don't want to use any activity manager juste have desktop icons as
other desktop environnement do.

Is KDE able to do it easily ?

A remark of one of my users :
"""
Desktop environment are able to perform easily such simple feature like :
- shutdown
- Web
- print
- file manager
- email reading
- libreoffice

and thats all.
"""

KDE becomes a bloatware.
