[Bug 963064] [NEW] 4.3.0 kdevelop in Precise missing bugfix.

Public bug reported:

It appears that the 4.3.0 kdevelop in Precise is based on kdevelop git
e2fc815, but there is a much needed bugfix in fec7aa1. It would be of
great benefit to update to fec7aa1 as it is now HEAD for 4.3.0. As can
be seen at http://quickgit.kde.org/index.php?p=kdevelop.git&a=summary
the entirety of the change is the addition of one line and a test case.
