Public bug reported:
Many packages could possibly have a better compression ratio. However,
the users have to report a bug for each package which could possibly be
enhanced.
It seems that lzma compression method has a higher compression ration
when their is enough memory for decompression.
Therefore, the deb archives repository could be parsed in order to find
the files which use gzip or bzip2 compression.
Next, each time the developers made a decision on a package then it
could be added to an exclude list.
