[Bug 945116] [NEW] Kmail first setup errors

Public bug reported:

After kubuntu12.04 beta1 installation, tried to setup kmail.

Opening kmail, i got a notification saying: "Maildir: error opening ; the folder is missing"
and another saying: "akonadi_akonotes_resource_0: Error opening ; this folder is missing"

Then I configured an imap account, getting the following notifications:
"Resource Imap Account x is broken. This resource is now offline",
where x=1,2,3,4

I restarted kmail and then I got the following: "Personal Contacts:
Directory '/home/dimitris/.local/share/contacts' does not exists'. But
the IMAP folders appeared.

I have to mention that the client is working (I sent and received an
email).
