[Bug 1027651] [NEW] Magnet link window bug

Public bug reported:

When opening a magnet link in ktorrent there is a delay before ktorrent
opens the window asking where to download the files. This delay can be
as large as a day and is extremely annoying.

When starting ktorrent from the console, the following error message is displayed:
