[Bug 1027553] [NEW] plasma netbook lock/logout broken after upgrade to 4.9 rc2

Public bug reported:

Running stock kubuntu 12.04 and upgraded through the backports ppa to
KDE 4.9 rc2.  The plasma widget for lock/logout in the plasma netbook
interface turned to a red block with a white x on it.  I had to unlock
the panel, remove the broken widget and re-add the lock/logout widget.
