Thanks for reporting this issue.

Since Ubuntu 10.10 has now reached End of Life, I have not been able to
test with that. I did, however, install cervisia 4:4.6.5-0ubuntu1 on
Ubuntu 11.04 and there it created a working menu entry under Programming
as expected. Could you please check with a more recent Ubuntu release
whether you still experience this issue?
