[Bug 1021705] [NEW] Akregator can not display feed titles with an apostrophe (i.e. ') in the title

Public bug reported:

Whenever a feed is fetched that contains an apostrophe character in the
title ('), it is not displayed. Instead, some type of characters are
replaced in it's stead. For example here is a feed from my local
newspaper's RSS feed:

"Woody Allen’s ‘Rome’ is so-so
Date:Yesterday 11:59 PM 
By Michael Phillips Chicago Tribune If it’s a zinger capped by the phrase “leper colony,” 

A feed that can be used to test this usecase is
"http://www.vindy.com/rss/headlines/entertainment"
