Expected: Muon updater finish installing new updates after downloading
packages

What happens:  Muon updater downloads all packages, but when it starts
to install updates, it gets stuck at 39% and never finish the
installation.

I can replicate this with Kubuntu installed on one of my hard disk
drives or while running the Live DVD
