[Bug 912365] [NEW] Wrong busy loop when shutting down and the clipboard manager is also shutting down

The patch for the problem has been merged in Qt5 but it would be nice to have in 4.8 http://codereview.qt-project.org/#change,12229
The Qt4.8 patch is slightly differnt can be found at https://pastebin.canonical.com/57767/
This is one of the reasons sometimes unity-2d takes 10 seconds to log you out
