[Bug 940358] [NEW] notification icon of akregator doesn't show unread feed

Public bug reported:

when launch akregator notification icon appears on the panel but it
doesn't show the number or unread feeds. If i launch "fetch all feeds"
from the icon the icon disappears if there are some unread feeds
