[Bug 865032] Re: digikam cannot connect to PTP cameras

it works after adding ppa above and doing full update / upgrade process.
however, this bug is Major and thus grave to many camera users,
therefore it should have been fixed long ago, specially as digikam was
working wonderfully before.
