The problem still happens when you download something into a folder for
example with kwooty.

a while it works, then after some time it doesnt work aynmore.

Just tested today with KDE 4.9.4 Kubuntu backports Dolphin 2.1

When you longer "watch" a directory, then dolphin does "forget" watching
and does not update the directory listing anymore.
