I ran into same issue after I removed my ecrypt'ed $HOME and tried to start
conky & some apps using wine.

$ conky -c /home/xxxxx/.conky/conky-autostart
WARNING: gnome-keyring:: couldn't connect to: /tmp/keyring-YiWUvh/pkcs11: No such file or directory

I use UbuntuStudio 12.04.1 LTS ; lightdm ; xfce 4.8.

I do only see a gnome-keyring-daemon process.

I followed the workaround with /etc/pkcs11/modules/gnome-keyring-module
file edit, which did not solve it either.
