k3b starts a notification app to install additional pkgs to enhance k3b's abilities.  After I installed the pkg, the app was never closed and the list did not change - I could select and install the pkg(s?) over and over again.  After some time (reboot?) the app is still in the systray and the list became empty.  See the screenshot.
This app is completely buggy:  It does not show it's name.  It has no help menu item.  Selecting "Do not show" (german: Ausblenden) does nothing.  There's a menu item "Never show again" - Who thinks s/o would ever select that?  It implies that I am never asked again to install useful enhancements.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a minimal installed Kubuntu system
2. Burn an audio CD from mp3 files w/ k3b
3. Select "Normalize audio" in k3b
4. The notification app starts after you installed "normalize-audio" to install some other pkgs. 
Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
1st: The notification app shall disappear from the systray after the additional pkgs are installed.
2nd:  Under no circumstances it shall present an empty list of pkgs to install ;)
