Works just fine for me.

How do you copy? Keyboard shortcut or mouse context menu?

Please make a screenshot of klipper's contents after you copied, after
you closed rekonq and after you tried pasting in firefox. Then upload
all 3.

Also please attach the file ~/.kde/share/config/klipperrc, if it exists.
