[Bug 1066223] Re: kde ubiquity detects Sydney timezone but says Adelaide

Qt frontend should either not show the timezone drop-down list (like gtk does not show ip).
Or it should take hints from geoip and select a more appropriate timezone instead of showing A-Z of those that are applicable in that location.
