[Bug 1085519] [NEW] Does KDE SC 4.10 process cookies differently than 4.9?

Public bug reported:

I am running Rekonq 1.3 on almost-identical virtual machines, but on my
Kubuntu 13.04 guest running a beta of KDE Platform Version 4.10, I seem
to have to re-authenticate to sites much more frequently than on my
12.10 guest running KDE Platform Version 4.9.2.

Could it be related to this unconfirmed bug:
