[Bug 1043276] [NEW] kdepim-runtime no longer installs the kolab resource due to new dependencies

I think its the same bug as in Arch Linux:

KDE 4.9 has new libs
- libkolab
- libkolabxml
You can get them here: http://git.kolab.org/

I do not have these libs installed on my Kubuntu 12.04 with
kubuntu-ppa-backports-precise.list 
kubuntu-ppa-ppa-precise.list

As Kolab is KDE-PIM own server and Kontact is Kolabs main client please
fix the bug.
