The website is badly maintained for various reasons.  The contact for the features page is inside the theme which is in bzr at
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~klinger-ofir/kubuntu-website-staging/release-1.0/view/head:/page-node-10.tpl.php
If you would like to update it that would be great.  Do join IRC #kubuntu-devel to say hi and ask for any help
