[Bug 861175] [NEW] krunner doesn't react on Alt-F2 anymore in oneiric beta2

Public bug reported:

I just upgraded my kubuntu system from Natty to Oneiric, and now Alt-F2
doesn't open the command toolbar anymore. This is quite annoying as this
is easily my most frequently used shortcut, to start a new program.

Update: I just saw that now krunner processes where running on the
system. After starting krunner manually from a konsole window, Alt-F2
runs again.

The output of krunner (maybe this helps?):
thomas at elfe:~ $ ps ax | grep krunner
 4029 pts/3 S+ 0:00 grep krunner
thomas at elfe:~ $ krunner

I should also add, that this problem happened after a clean reboot into the Oneiric system, so there should be no leftovers from Natty. I also noticed that there was a notification that Nepomuk was unable to start (for reasons I immediately forgot, because I do not use it).
