[Bug 856059] [NEW] [Kubuntu] Blogilo has spellcheck disabled, and cannot enable it

Public bug reported:

On a fresh install of Kubuntu 11.10,  KDE 4.7.1, Blogilo dose not have
the option to enable spell check. It is greyed out.

On my natty box, with KDE 4.7.0 Blogilo has this available and working.
