[Bug 853294] [NEW] [Oneiric] Leave menu is missing shutdown

Public bug reported:

Sometime in the last week or so the kubuntu Oneiric leave menu seems to
have lost the shutdown option.

It now has:

Session:
  Log out
  Lock
  Switch user

System:
  Sleep
  Hibernate

(The shutdown button had got somewhat unreliable, but still, not had it
disappear before!).
