[Bug 839557] [NEW] FFe: Qt 4.7.4

Public bug reported:

4.7.4 contains mostly bug fixing for 4.7.3. Some we already backported,
others it will be good to have for both Qt and QML.

4.7.4 has been staging for a while in Nokia side with few bugs remaining
and they released it once this bug number was set down to 0. It will be
tested with kde, some qt apps and unity-2d before pushing to oneiric.

Some features came in (full reference at http://labs.qt.nokia.com/2011/09/01/qt-4-7-4-released/):
* Right-To-Left support
* Improved image caching
* Text input improvements – Support for split-screen virtual keyboard
* Pinch Area to provide a declarative API for handling touch input

Note that the RTL support is particularly interesting for unity-2d which
has a half-working RTL support right now and this new feature will
mostly fix everything. But the main motivation for getting this version
in oneiric is the bug fixes.
