[Bug 880056] [NEW] Konsole Doesn't Create a .profile for User-Made Profiles in KDE 4.7.x

Public bug reported:

In Kubuntu 11.10 (and other versions running KDE 4.7.x) when you create
a profile no name.profile is generated in ~/.kde/share/apps/konsole/.
While you can still switch between profiles while in Konsole (or via the
Konsole Profiles widget), you have no access to them from the command
line (i.e. the --profile <name> option doesn't work). This creates a
problem when trying to launch a program in a specific problem and the
user is forced to manually create the necessary file.
