[Bug 890152] [NEW] Rekonq run in background when closed

Public bug reported:

Sometimes, when closing rekonq, process keep running in background. When
you launch rekonq again, it tell it crash last time (and it's wrong).

Here commit fixing the issue, maybe you should add this to oneiric
package.
