[Bug 889454] [NEW] no top window panel visible in maximized mode using external monitor

When i maximize kwin window, the top panel dissapears (it's there -> you
can click on the minimize and exit buttons and so on, but it's not
visible). Bug appears only on the external monitor (notebook lcd is
turned off).
