Please find at https://launchpad.net/~callegar/+archive/xorg an xorg
server that does not show the issue.

On most setups you only need to install xorg-server and server-common.

Please note that this is not a fix, but a quick ugly hack to make things
work.

The bug needs fixing in the intel driver, as mentioned in https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32303.
Please be so kind to comment there reporting your graphics card model if you have the issue since this may help intel developers identify the root cause of the problem.

As it was specified in the bug report

intel/+bug/737602, this bug has nothing to do with flash, nothing to do
with kwin, etc. It is a bug in the page flipping code in the intel
driver or maybe xorg itself.
