New information for this bug. The problem is in
~/.kde/share/config/kmixrc file. Part of strings in this file contains
names of audio devices transtated  into russian (e.g.
"Устройства_воспроизведения_звука" instead of "Playback_Devices") and
"?" symbols in device sections. I have replaced this names with English
and all is ok. But kmix rewrites config file during launch and all
errors comes back. Now I have set 444 rights on this file and kmix works
fine, but shows warning about insufficient rihgts on startup. So, we
need to remove some extra lines from kmix translation.
