I encountered the same bug using amarok : Version 2.4.0 Using KDE 4.6.1
(4.6.1).

I think it's the problem of parsing the CUE sheet file. When the cue
file has content like following, it will not play the next track.

amarok can read the cue file and be able to play the first track.
However, when I chose the rest tracks other than first one, amarok will
simply play the first track.

Part of CUE:
  TRACK 01 AUDIO
    TITLE "The Four Seasons : Concerto no1 in E Major op.8 RV269 "The Spring" : I - Allegro"
    ISRC ---------------
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
  TRACK 02 AUDIO
TITLE "The Four Seasons : Concerto no1 in E Major op.8 RV269 "The Spring" : II - Largo e pianissimo sempre"
    ISRC ----------------
    INDEX 01 03:07:08
