Running from Konsole reveals:
Warning: QFileSystemWatcher: failed to add paths: /home/falken/.config/ibus/bus
Warning: Bus::open: Can not get ibus-daemon's address. 
ktorrent: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/kde4/ktshutdownplugin.so: undefined
symbol: _ZN5Solid7Control12PowerManager23supportedSuspendMethodsEv


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Goto shutdown menu, configure shutdown, instant crash

Actual Results:  
crash

Expected Results:  
configuration shown

Upstream say this is Ubuntu's fault :
