[Bug 114801] [NEW] Kubuntu dual-head screen windows focus problem

When I close window in monitor/screen I am working in I get focused on
window on opposite screen not the same. This is usability problem and
should be fixed. When I close window (or else like lose focus of my
window when foces lose isn't caused by me) I window manager should focus
application (window) on the same screen not the opposite.
