Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

I use my notebook to work and give presentations, so I constantly connect and disconnect external VGA or HDMI displays. I use KRandtray to configure my dual-monitor settings.
After switching from dual-display to single-display (turning off VGA1 output), bottom bar looses transparency, some windows goes outside viewable area, and I can drag windows outside my display area, like if there where another monitor.
