I installed Kubuntu 10.04.2 with LVM and Crpto support on my machine.
Made the security and package updates. Checked
/usr/share/pyshared/PyQt4/uic/uiparser.py, line 184 is already as
bg_name = str(bg_i18n).

Installing kdeadmin and reaching kuser from menu shortcut is a solution
for now.
