[Bug 814562] [NEW] [Natty] Kubuntu system settings downloads KDM themes but cannot install

Public bug reported:

The KDM themes setup in system settings has a "Get new themes" button that fires a "Hot new stuff" extensions manager.
This extension manager allows downloading new themes from the online gallery and then shows them as supposedly "installed", however KDM themes selection box doesn't show these newly "installed (?)" themes at all.

(Furthermore I can't figure out where they have been downloaded, if they
actually have...)
