[Bug 804964] [NEW] Mounting a CD does not use the information in Device Actions

Public bug reported:

When I mount a CD, the only action offered is to play it with Amarok.
Apparently the information in System Settings / Device Actions is not
being used. I verified that by changing the name of the Amarok action
to something else, and the change did not show up. I believe this
behavior was introduced with Natty, since not long in the past I was
offered a choice of three actions when I put the CD in the drive.
