Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: userconfig

Hello,

If I edit/create a new user and close the edit window with password tab selected, whenever user I edit, the selected tab will be password. If I'm editing users, this might be a "feature" for "batching editing". However, for new users, this is not very userful.
Also, it keeps the selected field, or even selected text.

Please, clean up the window state on opening.
