Binary package hint: dpkg

Since natty, most postinst scripts fail when run by either PackageKit or
the QApt Worker. These failures never occur when running under apt-get
or synaptic, but since both PackageKit and QApt fail identically, and at
the least PackageKit hasn't had any changes since maverick I must assume
that this is a regression on a level lower than both of these.

Since both the QApt Worker and PackageKit daemon run as a rooted dbus
daemon, I've not ever been able to see exactly what the scripts fail
with, aside from the generic "exit status 2" reported by APT. Hopefully
apport will have collected more info.
